(UIAG) is the holding company for several well established businesses in the Middle East, as well as the Persian Gulf, South Asia, Europe, North Africa and North America. The holding company is registered in Luxembourg, with principal operating offices in London, Washington DC, Cairo and Amman.
Objective

UIAG maintains focus through 5 distinct business portfolios namely; infrastructure development, real estate development, logistics & life support services, automotive and investment banking advisory services. In addition, the Group has interests in trading, food processing and packaging, IT & telecommunications and agri-business.

UIAG is active in Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Qatar, the United States of America, the United Kingdom and Luxembourg with over 1,000 employees.
